We have a client/supplier “Success Story” that showcases the strategies used to create a solid, long lasting partnership that has positively impacted both organizations. Rick Kauffman, the supplier, works with Take Flight Learning to share an innovative approach to teaching the DISC personality styles creating a more memorable and applicable learning solution. Walter Meremianin,the client, leads a learning and development department for The Michaels Organization, a national leader in residential real estate, creating affordable, mixed-income, military, and student housing. Join us to hear how these partners created a win-win collaborative relationship to shift the mindset of a widely disbursed workforce, resulting in higher morale and “sticky” learning that lasts.
