We believe that, at the heart of every successful group, team, or company, there exists a positive Role Model (we call this a Role Target) that personifies its Best Self, living its best day at work. We’ll present the results of our research on this subject, explain the model we use to represent an organization’s ideal Role Target, and provide exercises that attendees can use to align their companies’ own Brand and Culture.
- We’ll be presenting an innovative new way to measure and map “Brand” and “Culture.”
- We’ll be presenting simple exercises that measurably improve employee engagement.
- We’ll be explaining practical tactics that organizations can use to improve improve business outcomes.
Al Cini is Founding Partner of Al Cini and Partners, and he's passionate about inspiring the drive for self-improvement that makes a positive difference in groups, teams, and organizations of all kinds and sizes.
He spent 15 years as a Large-Scale Project Manager at NBC Universal, 30+ years forming and serving several consulting, staffing, and media organizations, and all that experience has lead to the development of something he's calling the Brand and Culture Alignment Toolkit, which we'll be learning more about today.
Al studied general and social psychology at LaSalle (B. A. – Psychology) and Vanderbilt Universities and has taught systems design, project management, and software development as an adjunct faculty member at LaSalle and Carnegie Mellon Universities.
Mark Iorio is the Founder and President, The Mega Group www.themegagroup.com (1987 to present). Mr. Iorio was born and raised in Mercer County and currently resides in Columbus, NJ .
He graduated from The College of New Jersey and attended Rutgers University for graduate studies.
