  • Thu, February 28, 2019
  • 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM
  • The Judge Group 151 S. Warner Road Suite 100 Wayne, PA 19087

Join the Leadership & OD Special Interest group from the Philadelphia Chapter of ATD for "Business Priorities Driven Through Human Engagement: Round-table Discussion" on February 20th at the Judge Group in Wayne PA.

Program:

We're going to start off 2019 with a bang in our Leadership and Organization Development SIG. Our February 20 meeting will be a round-table discussion taking a deeper dive into the information shared with us at the January meeting titled Business Priorities Driven Through Human Engagement: Applying the 4 Disciplines of Execution by Chris McChesney.

Chris will be sharing the 4 Disciplines: (Focus on the Wildly Important; Act on Leading Measures; Create a Compelling Score Book; and Create a Cadence of Accountability) and show us how to accomplish our important goals within the whirlwind of competing priorities. Based on what we learn in January’s meeting and our own experience we will dive further into each discipline to come up with practical ways to make this happen in our workplaces. You might want to read the book and bring insight from that to the meeting.

Note: If you were not able to attend the January meeting, this would be a great opportunity to find out the key takeaways from those who did attend. And for those of you who attended, this would be a great meeting to explore in more detail each of the 4 Disciplines.
