  • 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Crowne Plaza Hotel, King of Prussia, PA 19406

Join the Greater Valley Forge Human Resource Association for their February 19th program on "The Language of Business"

Program:

The more closely aligned a HR professional or team is to the outcomes of a business, the reason for existence, the greater the opportunity for influence and impact. The Language of Business Overview will introduce a future curriculum designed to equip the HR professional with a deeper understanding of how to engage with senior leaders such that HR initiatives directly align with the achievement of business outcomes and yield maximum organizational value. There can be a language, a culture, a pace or other barriers that make strategic HR engagement with internal organizations difficult to overcome. The outcome of these presentations will yield greater understanding and confidence in engaging with senior leaders and increase organizational effectiveness.

Approved for 1.25 SHRM PDC's and 1.25 BUSINESS HRCI Credits
