Tamara Ganc | Global Head, Learning Design & Innovation | Google

Tammy Ganc is the Global Head of Learning Design and Innovation within Google’s Go- to-Market organization (GtM). GtM ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business (which drives 80% of Google’s revenue) runs smoothly. The learning that Tammy’s team ensures that Google’s 10,000+ internal sellers around the world, as well as millions of external business using Google’s ad products are well-trained and proficient. Prior to Google, Tammy served as Vanguard Investments Chief Learning Officer and led the organization’s learning and development strategy as the head of Vanguard University. Her goal during her tenure was to enable the Vanguard crew to reach their highest professional potential so that they, in turn, could help Vanguard clients achieve their financial goals and dreams.

Prior to this position, she served in other senior HR leadership roles within Vanguard and also led Vanguard's global HR transformation initiative responsible for all aspects of the program related to organizational design, training, communications, and workforce transition. She also has worked as a Learning and Development Manager for Deloitte where she oversaw Deloitte’s global e-learning development team. Tamara's formal education includes studying English at the University of Delaware, Instructional Design Penn State, and an MBA from St. Joseph's University.

Tamara's passion for workplace inclusion has led her take on leadership roles within twoof Vanguard's corporate resource groups, Women in Leadership Success (WILS) and currently the Vanguard Black Professional Network (VBPN). Tamara resides with her family in northern Delaware.

Eric Brand | Executive Director | Endo Pharmaceuticals

Eric's 25+ years of experience is in broad in scope and spans the medical device, pharmaceutical, and consumer products sectors in small, medium, and large sized organizations. His time in the laboratory, selling in front of customers, leading sales teams, and leadership roles within commercial organizations, has provided him with a unique perspective on the business. He's been able to leverage this perspective to develop action-oriented plans that accelerate collaboration within cross-functional teams and drive business results. He's learned to do more with less, helping to focus teams on what is important to the customer, and business.

His areas of specialty include the development and execution of product and process launch plans, sales force restructuring and integration, sales operations, sales force effectiveness, commercial operations, pharmaceutical sales, business development, sales training, change management, vendor management, sales analytics.

Regina Carr Tierney | System Director - Education & Development | Main Line Health

Regina Carr Tierney, MEd, ACC is a learning and development leader dedicated to organizational learning, integration and practice. Regina currently works at Main Line Health, a not-for-profit health system serving portions of Philadelphia and its western suburbs. For the past 6 years, she has held the position of System Director, Education and Development, where she evolved a traditional training function to include talent management, organizational development, executive coaching, and an internal faculty program. She has expertise in diversity and inclusion, as well as the impact of mindfulness and self-compassion in leadership and daily life. Prior to healthcare, Regina has held learning roles in the pharmaceutical industry and public health.

Regina completed her MEd in Psychoeducational Process at Temple University and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation.



Dom DiGiacomo | VP - Talent Management | Janney Montgomery Scott, LLC

Dom DiGiacomo has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, with specific expertise in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Employee Engagement, Change Management, and Succession Planning.

With more than 25 years of progressive human resource management and leadership experience, Dom is currently the Vice President, Talent Management for Janney Montgomery Scott, LLC. Dom previously was the Director of Human Resources and Director of Organizational Development at Modular Space Corporation, as well as the Director of Training and Organizational Development at GE Capital Services. Prior to this time at General Electric, he held a number of progressive HR leadership roles with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, Graduate School at USDA, and the U.S. Department of Defense.

Dom has a bachelor’s degree from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia as well as master’s degrees from both Rutgers University and Penn State University. Dom lives in Somerdale, NJ with his wife Gina.
