Presenters:

Liz Moran – Global Head of Talent at AstraZeneca

With over 15 years of experience focused on developing talent, coaching leaders, driving change management to impact culture and leading inclusion and diversity strategies, Liz’s career has spanned a variety of industries and Fortune 500 companies.

Liz is the Global Head of Talent at AstraZeneca and is responsible for developing and driving an impactful talent and early talent strategy, supporting targeted development interventions to accelerate high potentials, and developing the talent technology strategy. Prior to that Liz looked after Talent, Development and Inclusion in the US Commercial business at AstraZeneca. She holds a Master’s of Business Administrations from Clarion University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Millersville University.

Heather Rickard – Vice President, Learning/Talent Management at Lincoln Financial

Heather leads the Corporate Learning and Talent Management teams at Lincoln Financial Group. In her role, Heather is responsible for Corporate Learning, Specialized Development Programs, and Succession and Performance Management processes and outcomes for the Enterprise. Heather received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Emily Doyle – Sr. VP - Global Human Resources at Strongbridge Biopharma plc

Emily Doyle has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, and Organizational Development, within the healthcare and biopharmaceutical industry. Her broad HR experience lends expertise to focus on talent development, culture building, and aligning internal communication with employee engagement strategies. Emily holds a BS in Healthcare Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver and is currently pursuing her MS in Human Capital Development from LaSalle University.

Moderator: Catherine Lombardozzi

Catherine Lombardozzi is a lifelong learning and development practitioner and founder of Learning 4 Learning Professionals. Her work focuses on supporting the professional development of designers, facilitators, faculty, consultants, and learning leaders through coaching, consulting, workshops, and development programs. As an active workplace learning professional with nearly 35 years’ experience.

Catherine often contributes to professional conferences and journals, and she teaches graduate-level courses in adult learning, instructional design, e-collaboration and consulting. She is author of Learning Environments by Design (2015). Catherine holds a doctoral degree in Human and Organizational Learning from George Washington University.
