    Ring is currently seeking a Community Support Learning & Performance Trainer to join the Ring training team that will be the face of our company while providing training for all our new team members in its Malvern, Pennsylvania call center location.

    This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for training, education, and developing while delivering the absolute best learning experience to our newest team members while in the classroom. The right candidate will also be comfortable implementing fresh ideas around adult learning and suggest ways to evolve our program in ways that best represents our Ring culture.

    Here's What You'll Be Doing:

    • Deliver an engaging training experience in classroom facilitation and assess the performance of each new team member
    • Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation and facilitate the onboarding training
    • Document new team member performance via feedback and tracks attendance daily
    • Conduct needs assessment to identify ways to enhance and improve the training program
    • Communicate and collaborate with team members and other departments for making a cohesive learning environment
    • Responsible for all disciplinary measure for employees from warnings up to termination
    • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
    • Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
    • Other related duties as assigned

    • Strong presentation skills and is able to incorporate Adult Learning Principles in their facilitation
    • Maintain high levels of motivation, enthusiasm, positivity, and professionalism
    • Comfortable delivering constructive feedback to address knowledge, skill, and performance gaps professionally and appropriately
    • Ability to accept and apply feedback
    • Confident in suggesting ideas, creating and implementing initiatives that just make sense
    • Capable of prioritizing and organizing work efficiently to meet deadlines
    • Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee training and development
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and emotionally intelligent.

    • Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Training, Education, Teaching Strategies, Curriculum Design, Communication, Human Resources, Organizational Development
    • Experience in the facilitation of instructor-led training with a solid understanding and application of adult learning principles
    • 2 years in an educational background, retail industry or Ring equivalent
    • Knowledge of creative and educational learning techniques
