Do I have to be a member to attend events?

No! While people are encouraged to join as members to receive all of the perks and benefits, most events are open to non-members! Though, members usually receive a discount for events and select events are only open for members.

I have an idea for an event, what should I do?

Email info@ldphilly.com! L&D Philly exists to serve the community! If you know of an awesome, interactive, industry leading or a specific topic you need/want to learn more about - let us know. Many past originated with requests from members or training peers suggesting topics or facilitators.

I have a question about sponsorship, partner organizations, volunteer opportunities, member benefits, or just a general inquiry, what should I do?

What is your event cancelation policy?

For most events, a refund will be available if a cancelation request is received 72 hours prior to an event. However, some events require payment to a facilitator or venue in advance. In those cases, cancelations or refunds may not be available. You can always email info@ldphilly.com before you register if you have a question or think you may have a potential conflict.

Can you guys get any more awesome?

Thanks for noticing. Our leaders take great pride in working hard and becoming a model for how professional development should look for L&D in the 21st century. We think L&D Philly is pretty awesome but suggestions and feedback on how to become more awesome are always welcome. Because, when it comes to L&D Philly, everything is awesome.
