The Art and Science of Hiring the Right Person

We all know that there is a war on for talent. How do we know if we have the Right person for the Right job? How do we reduce the Risk of choosing the wrong person, and how do we help our Managers to make the Right choice. Attendees will walk away with techniques they can implement immediately to make the hiring and boarding processes easier, more full proof and less Risky. You will learn how to save a lot of time and headaches you experience when that person you thought was perfect, you find out either during the onboarding process or shortly thereafter is not.
