In this workshop, participants will be learning the basic principles of neuro-axiology and cognitive remodeling as they relate specifically to learning, leadership, and performance improvement while training us in the fundamentals of Cognitive Self-Leadership.

In the days or weeks prior to the workshop, registered attendees will need to take the online Axiogenics VQ Profile® assessment (an assessment of how and how well a person thinks from 36 different perspectives – it’s NOT a personality or behavioral assessment. Participants will receive an assessment report and some pre-work suggestions a few days before the workshop. The assessment will take less than 15 minutes to complete.
Our facilitator, Peter Demarest, is the co-founder and president of Axiogenics, LLC.
