The role of a Producer in Virtual Training can not be understated, yet many facilitators have not utilized one in their classes. Producers provide a level of support that allows facilitators to focus on their participants and avoid the distractions connected to the technology.

In this session, we will discuss how to effectively integrate a producer into virtual delivery in a way that’s right for your platform, delivery and organisation. It will be an interactive session, so lots of time for questions and discussions and perhaps even some breakout discussions. We welcome you to be webcam ready, for part or all of the session as you wish.

  1. Define the role of the type of producer that’s right for you.
  2. How the producer can work efficiently.
  3. Discussions of how you can apply this learning.
