Description:

Although L&D has always had the potential to change the lives of our learners, contribute to organizational strategies, and drive business impact, for years the Learning & Development (L&D) industry has been treated like order takers.

Much akin to doctors taking advice from patients’ quick WebMD searches, stakeholders have been driving the agenda without the insight, education, experience, and often understanding of L&D necessary to have a qualified opinion.

This stops now.

The call-to-action for L&D is to secure a seat at the proverbial table and be recognized as strategic business partners.

In this engaging and informative session, Dr. Keith Keating, Chief Learning Officer and author of the transformative book "The Trusted Learning Advisor," will explore the 3 key strategic approaches L&D leaders must adopt to ensure their place at the decision-making table.

Dr. Keating will delve into the critical behaviors L&D professionals need to develop to transition from being perceived as mere "Order Takers" to becoming valued "Trusted Learning Advisors." By embracing these approaches and behaviors, L&D leaders can not only secure their place in shaping the organization's future but also empower employees to embrace a culture of lifelong learning.

Join us for this impactful session to gain insights, tools, and strategies that will enable you to elevate your role as an L&D leader, forge strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and pave the way for a future-focused learning culture in your organization.
